Show and inventory data: We store the show schedules, product queues, and related content you create or import into AttracTV.

Usage data: We collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) to operate and improve the service.

Chrome Extension: The extension reads show and streaming configuration data from Whatnot pages solely to sync it with your AttracTV account. It does not collect browsing history, personal communications, or any data unrelated to the AttracTV–Whatnot integration.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, operate, and improve the AttracTV service
• To sync your Whatnot show data with your AttracTV account (via the Chrome Extension)
• To authenticate your session and keep your account secure
• To respond to support requests

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or any purpose unrelated to providing the AttracTV service.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard practices (HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls) to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

AttracTV integrates with Whatnot for streaming setup. We do not control Whatnot's privacy practices. Please review Whatnot's Privacy Policy separately.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@attractv.ai.
